Refund Policy on Salon Hair Services
Studio 1 Salon does not refund services fees inasmuch as the service has been rendered. However, if a guest is unhappy with their service, we do request the opportunity to redo the service for them to their satisfaction. The guest may see the same stylist or request a new stylist. Studio 1 stands behind the professionalism and talent of all our stylists, but understands from time to time different personalities and levels of education make better matches than others.
If a guest is unhappy with their haircut or color service, they have one week, from the date of their original service, to return to our salon for a No Charge corrective service. If the guest is returning because "they" have decided "they" do not like the cut our color "they" chose, the service will not be Free of Charge.
At Studio 1 Salon, we strive for haircare excellence and health. We strongly believe in our Professional Retail line, Redken and guarantee our chemical services only with the extended home use of recommended professional products. Your personal stylist will recommend your haircare products based on each guest's individual hair needs.
Return Policy of Retail Product
If for any reason, a guest is unhappy with the retail products purchased, they may return it for a product exchange. We do not refund retail product purchases.
Return Policy of All Styling Tools
All our styling tools, i.e. Bio:Ionic 450 Flatiron and accessories are final sale. No returns.
Appointment times are very important to your stylist and missed appointments result in lost income to them. Therefore we kindly request at least a 24 hour notification for appointment changes or cancellations. If you are scheduled for a weekend or evening appointment (highest in demand) and/or a color service, we respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Always call before you venture out! If there is any type of inclement weather forecast i.e. snow, tornado warnings, etc, we never ask our stylist to put themselves or their families in danger. Our philosophy is, appointments can always be rescheduled, lives cannot. If we close the shop due to weather, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your appointment.
Children in Salon
This is Your day as well our other guest's day to relax. Therefore, we kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon visit unless they are scheduled for a service. If you are scheduled for a color service, we request your child's appointment to be scheduled on a separate visit.
Food in Salon
Out of respect for all of our guest, we kindly request that food please not be brought into the salon. We offer complimentary beverages to all of our guests.
